Speaker:when I don't think they get a lot of calls where they
Speaker:where you call up and you go man
Speaker:this guy did a he parallel parked so beautifully

Speaker:I'll bet they hire some semi driver
Speaker:these 18 wheelers you see him drive around
Speaker:I look at him when I get stressed out
Speaker:it's so crazy
Speaker:like can you imagine I get stressed out driving
Speaker:can you imagine if you were what is it 4 5 car lengths
Speaker:all this weight someone could dive
Speaker:you ever seen the videos where they go
Speaker:there's this video on Instagram where it says
Speaker:it's a guy in a truck and it says
Speaker:here are the blind spots of a of a semi truck right
Speaker:and it shows out this window out that window
Speaker:and then they pan back
Speaker:and there's kids all around the truck
Speaker:and from inside the truck
Speaker:he couldn't see anything there's a kid on a bicycle

Speaker:it's unfortunate that it's like that

Speaker:I assume you it's all gonna be great all the time
Speaker:so you don't get my positive review like restaurant

Speaker:people might give a little bit of a positive review
Speaker:cause they don't people look at them
Speaker:they wanna recommend it doctors
Speaker:when I had looked online today
Speaker:after never looking at doctor reviews
Speaker:it's like 100% negative
Speaker:for all doctors in the whole world
Speaker:like no one's like oh my god
Speaker:he his hands were so warm when he cut my balls
Speaker:I think he he went like this on the heart thing
Speaker:I love this guy right
Speaker:like it to feel for you also unsanitary
Speaker:and it's a pho mitinitis for infection
Speaker:it feels tough on a stethoscope
Speaker:but continue so I'd give a bad review for that
Speaker:a lot of patients I mean we'll think about it this way
Speaker:you're in a good mood you go out to a restaurant
Speaker:you're happy you go to a play right
Speaker:like you're excited there's build up
Speaker:nobody comes to the doctor because they want to right
Speaker:so you're already kind of grouchy
Speaker:and then you typically do have to wait a while
Speaker:at the doctor's office
Speaker:and I think that's a misconception that we're like
Speaker:always running late ha ha ha like
Speaker:like it's like a intentional thing
Speaker:why is there a way to the doctor's office
Speaker:that's a great question why do I always
Speaker:is it because why well
Speaker:two reasons happened to me
Speaker:one
Speaker:people lie a lot about why they're coming in to be seen
Speaker:right so they'll say it's a cough
Speaker:and so I'll look at their chart beforehand
Speaker:and I'll prep in my free time
Speaker:before I even come to the office yeah
Speaker:after hours
Speaker:I'll look and I'll look at they've had chest X rays
Speaker:or if they've had previous pneumonia
Speaker:if they were recently in the hospital
Speaker:and I'll get everything ready for a cough
Speaker:and then they'll come in and I'll be like
Speaker:oh no I have erectile dysfunction
Speaker:I was just too embarrassed to tell you and I'm like
Speaker:what I wasted all of this stuff
Speaker:and now I have to cancel all of my presumed orders
Speaker:and things that I've teed up and ready to go
Speaker:and I have to start from scratch
Speaker:so that gets me behind
Speaker:so you're saying just to clarify for
Speaker:I almost missed it because I'm not as smart as you
Speaker:as a doctor
Speaker:but you're saying so much people come in and they have
Speaker:you are and they have a reason they want to see you

Speaker:you know we have mock trial
Speaker:like patients where I've had to do like a
Speaker:almost like oral boards
Speaker:where we have a bunch of other doctors come in
Speaker:and they'll give me a situation
Speaker:of a very difficult patient
Speaker:and I have to reenact it
Speaker:someone pretends to be the patient
Speaker:and in front of a whole panel of physicians
Speaker:I have to speak to them as if they were real patient
Speaker:while everyone watches and judges me
Speaker:and telling me if I did it correctly
Speaker:that's cool so it's like a mock trial
Speaker:but it's a mock and one of them is about um
Speaker:someone who has a virus you know
Speaker:it's a virus and demanding antibiotics and they
Speaker:won't leave and how you get out of that situation
Speaker:that doesn't help a virus
Speaker:it happens all that it doesn't help at all in fact
Speaker:it's worse for your body because of couple things 1
Speaker:it will kill all the good bacteria in your body
Speaker:leading to can't commit and subsequent infections
Speaker:because you've lost the good bacteria
Speaker:the good flora
Speaker:that helps protect against bad bacteria growing
Speaker:or two it creates multi drug resistance
Speaker:if you take something over and over and over again
Speaker:it's not gonna work
Speaker:so then you're like the boy who cried wolf
Speaker:with antibiotics 50 antibiotics later of the same one
Speaker:it's not gonna work that great
Speaker:so we're actually doing you a favor by saying

Speaker:this is not a bacteria and antibiotic will fix it
Speaker:and they know what else sucks
Speaker:they'll go to an urgent care and they'll be like
Speaker:my doctor wouldn't give me something
Speaker:give it to me and often times
Speaker:it's so much easier to just write a prescription
Speaker:and make that patient go away
Speaker:and then they'll take it
Speaker:and then seven days later they're better well
Speaker:no shit
Speaker:because the virus got out of your body in seven days
Speaker:right because the antibiotics works
Speaker:antibiotic is antibiotic correlation pure real

Speaker:so it's frustrating
Speaker:so you get a lot of bad reviews that way
Speaker:they didn't treat me well
Speaker:and the other thing is
Speaker:when we were talking about me getting behind

Speaker:we got all distracted about the penis

Speaker:another one is people stack up like 50 complaints
Speaker:and they're unrealistically
Speaker:think that they can talk to me for two hours

Speaker:I get about seven to 10 minutes with a patient

Speaker:you said they tell you one thing
Speaker:and they come in for another thing
Speaker:it takes way longer you're not prepped in them also
Speaker:they just keep asking you and asking you
Speaker:because they're thinking
Speaker:I wanna get the most for my money
Speaker:what happens and they get mad when you
Speaker:I've actually had so many times to step out
Speaker:like I will physically put a foot out of the door

Speaker:you booked an appointment
Speaker:a quick get in visit for a cough
Speaker:I don't have time to go over 10 things
Speaker:and that's just being respectful
Speaker:cause the next person's already waiting
Speaker:so I'm not being rude so that I can go shopping

Speaker:so the next patient
Speaker:who also made an appointment a month ago
Speaker:gets their fair time
Speaker:and the person in the room is very inconsiderate
Speaker:and gets mad and it's like
Speaker:but I just need this it's not quick

Speaker:for worse visits that happen next

Speaker:and then you have questions ever than ever

Speaker:so I have to call an ambulance so drop everything

Speaker:call the er get them pre boarded to go straight in
Speaker:wait for the ambulance take care of them
Speaker:monitor them I've had people completely pass out
Speaker:we've had to administer medication to help you know
Speaker:resuscitate them while that takes a long time right

Speaker:you don't want to just to get a guy that maybe wants
